What is the capacity for the rental space?
Our event space is 75 guests seated and 100 for a standing mixing/mingling function.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.
How many hours does the venue cover?
The venue rental is for 8 hours. This includes 2 hours for set up, 5 hours event and 1 hour for cleanup.
Do you offer all inclusive packages?
Yes, we offer all-inclusive packages. We have a team that handles all venue decorations.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments made towards the event are non-refundable. However, you have up to 6 months to use your deposit towards another future event.
Am I responsible for cleaning the venue?
Yes. All food/trash should be bagged and in disposal location. The venue must be broom swept with no debris or liquid puddles left on floors. Tables and chairs should be stacked against the walls. Outside vendor rental or items must be picked up during clean up hour.
Do you provide furniture?
We have variety of tables and chairs included in the venue. We have 60”
round banquet tables, 48” round banquet tables, 6’ x 30” rectangular tables, 30" Round Cocktail Tables, and Clear and white Chiavari Chairs.
